Return Policy

At HAND PERFECTION, LLC, we strive to make the shopping experience simple, straight forward, and enjoyable and we proudly stand behind every HAND PERFECTION product.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any product, we want to hear about it. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and we will be happy to make an exchange or refund. To request an exchange or refund, please email us or call our Customer Service number 1-888-972-HAND Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST and ask to speak to a HAND PERFECTION Customer Care Representative. You must receive a Return Authorization Code from Customer Service via email or phone in order to receive an exchange or refund. Please note, unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping charges.

Hand Perfection, LLC grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Hand Perfection, LLC.
